    •    Roasted pumpkin seeds
    •    Roasted sunflower seeds
    •    Crystalised ginger
    •    Chia seeds
    •    Flora Goji Berries
    •    Manuka honey 30+
    •    Udo’s Choice Udo Oil 369 Blend
    •    Coconut butter
To make them:
    •    Mix all your dry ingredients together
    •    Soak chia seeds in Udo Oil
    •    Melt the coconut butter and honey together
    •    Add all the liquids as needed to create a mixture that is thick enough to bind together
    •    Refrigerate and eat
