I have stopped drinking coffee (banging headache for a week), I am focusing on a very clean diet, I am doing lots of yoga and pilates to work on my breathing. I have some blood tests on the way. And I am being kind to myself. I have cried a bit, but that is good…it is extremely relieving. I am grateful to be here.
